Meet the Founders
Pastor Beth Kelley
Pastor Beth Kelley is a prophetic teacher, healing minister, author, and visionary founder of SHREAD Ambassadors. With a deep passion for helping believers discover their identity and spiritual authority in Christ, she equips individuals through prayer, mentorship, and biblical teaching. Before entering full-time ministry, Beth served for over three decades as a licensed occupational therapist, an experience that shaped her holistic understanding of healing for the spirit, soul, and body. Today, she dedicates her ministry to raising spiritually grounded leaders who walk confidently in their calling and impact the world through faith and prayer.
Pastor Charlene Tucker
Pastor Charlene Tucker is a minister, author, and leader devoted to empowering others to discover their purpose and spiritual identity. Holding a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling, she combines compassionate ministry with practical teaching that helps people experience healing, restoration, and renewed faith. Through her books, creative teaching, and leadership roles in ministry and education, she has mentored many individuals to grow stronger in their relationship with God and step confidently into their calling. Her testimony of overcoming personal challenges continues to inspire others to pursue faith, healing, and transformation.
Lisa Palmere
Lisa Palmere is a seasoned leader in inner healing and deliverance ministry who brings powerful teaching and spiritual restoration to communities across the country. Having served in leadership within healing ministries and trained numerous prayer ministers, she is passionate about helping people experience freedom, healing, and spiritual breakthrough. Through workshops, prayer gatherings, and teaching, Lisa equips believers with practical tools to overcome spiritual barriers and walk fully in their God-given destiny. Her ministry emphasizes that when individuals are healed and restored, they become powerful vessels for God’s work in their families and communities.
