Who are the SHREAD Ambassadors?
SHREAD Ambassadors is a women-led ministry birthed from the hearts of three powerful visionaries—each uniquely called, yet divinely united by a passion to raise up Sisters Healed, Restored, Empowered, Activated, and Deployed (SHREAD) for the glory of God. The ministry is dedicated to nurturing a generation of women who reclaim their identity, purpose, and spiritual legacy through healing, discipleship, creativity, and prophetic leadership.
This movement exists for women of all ages—young women, mothers, wives, widows, and spiritual mothers—who long to walk in bold faith, bring restoration to their homes and communities, and pass the baton of faith to the next generation.
Visionary #1: Pastor Beth Kelley – The Creative Catalyst
From the launch of JIGSAW with Pastor Beth and Pearl Treasure Designs on YouTube, to her Amazon-published works that empower the body of Christ, Pastor Beth Kelley has long been a creative voice for women’s spiritual growth. Her unique ministry model weaves together prayer, healing, visual storytelling, and prophetic insight to awaken purpose in every woman she encounters.
Beth’s platforms grew into sacred spaces for women seeking spiritual clarity, identity, and encouragement. Her community-building content—whether in video, print, or design—sparked something deeper: a longing to disciple women beyond inspiration and into activation. That longing birthed the SHREAD blueprint: not just a ministry, but a movement of legacy builders.
Visionary #2: Pastor Charlene Tucker – The Spiritual Architect
Pastor Charlene Tucker is a woman of deep prophetic insight, pastoral wisdom, and generational impact. With ministry roots grounded in counseling, spiritual warfare, and intercession, she has mentored countless women to rise into their calling. Her decades of experience in women’s leadership, inner healing, and spiritual mentorship helped shape the SHREAD Ambassador’s framework.
A survivor of personal trials and a champion of God’s redemptive power, Pastor Charlene’s testimony brings life to the core message of SHREAD: God heals what life has broken and launches women into divine purpose. Her voice became the spiritual architecture behind SHREAD’s discipleship model—one that integrates wholeness, identity, prayer, and Holy Spirit-led deployment.
Visionary #3: Lisa Palmere – The Healing Flame
Lisa Palmere brought to SHREAD what every kingdom movement needs—the fire of inner healing. A seasoned leader in deliverance and inner healing ministry, Lisa has served through Christian Healing Ministries, Unbound Ministry, and her own outreach, Your Destiny Calls. Her YouTube teachings and workshops offer practical tools for spiritual freedom, and her leadership has trained dozens of prayer ministers.
Lisa’s anointing added the vital "restoration and deliverance" pillar to SHREAD’s mission. Her commitment to spiritual wholeness ensures that every woman touched by SHREAD doesn’t just learn truth—but experiences transformation. Her life is proof that when women are healed and free, they become unstoppable vessels of revival in their families and communities.

Where and When Did SHREAD Begin?
SHREAD was born in the quiet prayers, late-night content creations, and prophetic conversations of three visionaries—Beth, Charlene, and Lisa—during a divine convergence of ministries in the early 2020s. Though geographically spread between Florida, Massachusetts, and online platforms, their alignment was unmistakably God-orchestrated.
Their collaboration began as digital discipleship and quickly grew into virtual gatherings, healing nights, and mentorship programs. As testimonies multiplied, the SHREAD Ambassador identity was sealed: a global movement of Spirit-filled women, called to rise, speak, nurture, and return legacy to the next generation.
